This morning at the HEB in Boerne, they had fresh selections of everything from long-stemmed roses to profiteroles. If you don’t cook, their premade food section has plenty of “pretend you made it” choices to please anyone’s palate. Just trash the takeout containers, pop it in the oven and plate it. You can do the same for restaurant take-out from the special spots we love.
